Online Return Policy

We aim to ensure that goods reach you in perfect condition. If you are disappointed in any way we would like to know.

You may return goods by contacting us by email, phone or post. When returning to us you must ensure you have your confirmation email. Please note you are liable for postal charges on returns.

Postal Returns

to Macron Store Highlands / Klas Klothing, Unit 1, Highland House, 20 Longman Rd, Inverness IV11RY.

Please attach a notification of reason for return, ie unsuitable or faulty. Please retain a proof of postage. This will be required in the eventuality of your returned goods not being delivered by the courier. If you are returning the goods to us please note:

a. It may take up to 7 days for your parcel to reach us.

b. Returned items will be processed within two (3) working days of receipt.

c. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.

d. Customers are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance.

Personalisation

If the goods have been personalised we cannot accept them back for return for anything else apart from if they are faulty or defective.
